Add template property to label so local date/time could be displayed

As per https://github.com/HASwitchPlate/openHASP/discussions/595 it is possible to use "local" time and date instead of using mqtt - verified that it's working. In designer there is no label template property.

It is included in the latest online version. When you download and install the desktop application you have all functionality to manage your plates.
