Station UUID for MVR_REQUEST and MVR_NEW_SESSION_HOST Packet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the MVR_REQUEST and MVR_NEW_SESSION_HOST Packet is no sending Station UUID defined, does this have any logic behind it?

Describe the solution you'd like Add StationUUID Attribute containing the UUID of the station which send the Packet.

Describe alternatives you've considered It is possible to also identify stations via its IP Address but it is inconsistent that some Packets have a StationUUID and some don't.
