Add attribute ZoomModeWash

At the moment we have ZoomModeSpot and ZoomModeBeam We should add ZoomModeWash

To be discussed: Does it make sense to have a MainAttribute that groups those three Modes. ZoomMode does already exist but is part of the Control Feature

Why not have Zoom being the Main attribute, can it be a problem?
