Provide a way to define physical properties of moving devices to calculate effects of dynamic motion
Allow to specify physical properties that allow to calculate more precise information about effects of dynamic motion.
We have discussed this and came to the conclusion that for the most time, these "precise calculations" are less then needed/important as typically the whole load calculations are done with much higher load overhead, so the effect of the dynamic force is negligible.
For the record, if we wanted to do this in the future, what would be useful/needed to be provided (and should be also very simple to obtain for the moving device manufacturers) would be to provide the following data for each (significantly) moving part of the device (for example for a yoke and a head):
- weight of the part
- center of mass of the part
