Wonky coverage reports

There appears to be something wrong with the coverage setup for PRs. Decreased coverage is reported for unrelated files. Affected PRs are at minimum #488, #489 and #490.

For example, it is incomprehensible to me how #489 should have caused coverage changes in 6 files, in particular since none of those 6 files were even remotely modified by this PR.
