[INSPECTOR] Sometimes, the 'More' popup overlaps other options
Describe the bug (MARTIN EDIT) Sometimes the 'More' popup appears in the wrong place and overlaps options in the inspector. (See @boryskuzmenko's video below)
Why isn't the jump desired? It scrolls up so the pop-up is shown entirely, which is what the user would like to work in if they click the button.
There's an issue. It's not shown on the video for some reason. I attached another video with the actual issue. The 'More' drop-down is moved up and overlaps the main text settings when clicking any free space on inspector or scroll up. This issue is actual for More button in elements which have text.

The 'more' popup for text is removed in #15821, so unless I'm mistaken, this issue should be resolved as long as there are no other popups with the same problem
The 'more' popup is still in / that pull request is awaiting merge
I think this is somewhat related to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15798 where there is more current activity on the matter. I believe this will be solved by "floating widgets" @bkunda could you please confirm and then we can close?
