First note on playback does not sound

Issue type

General playback bug

Bug description

Sometimes, the first notes in a measure do not play when trying to playback the score. I cannot make a pattern on what measures this is as it seems random. If I initialise a playback starting on these measures, the first note/chord in that measure is not played. However, they play correctly as normal if I start any number of measures before it.

Weirdly enough, this only happens on large scores as I haven't ever had this issue on scores around 200 measures long, or anything above 5/6 minutes. Mind you this score is 800+ measures and 20 minutes long.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select a measure in a large score that has this issue (I'm not sure the pattern of this/random)
  2. Initialise a playback starting with that measure, the first note/chord in all staves will not play

Screenshots/Screen recordings

Measures highlighted in red do not play back their first "set" of notes when I select that measure to start playback on.

Could you please confirm if this is Muse Sounds only or both Muse Sounds and MS Basic?

This only occurs on MS Basic, it plays correctly with Muse Sounds

I'd use Muse Sounds but the slight delay it has when entering notes and playback compared to MS basic makes it hard for me to work as I frequently try to sync the score and the original music together to know I have the correct tempo.

I have also been experiencing this issue for a while in large scores, and it seems to happen with all kinds of playback formats, including VST and soundfonts (but not Muse Sounds indeed).
