Use normal notehead for tamtam and omit bells

As a stand-alone instrument (not part of a drum kit or mixed percussion) tam-tam should use normal noteheads. The "Bells" instrument was the bell of a ride cymbal, no value, its existence only causes confusion.

Update spreadsheet and run python script

The term "bells" alone is confusing. The ride cymbal instrument already includes a bell "variant" The modifiers are necessary to avoid confusion (hand bells, tubular bells, Sleigh Bells, Bell of cymbal) Many people (esp. American band directors) use the term bells to mean glockenspiel. The only acceptable instrument to only label as "Bells" in my view would be "Campane Bells" as in bell tower bells. But even those should have a modifier to avoid confusion. (We might have those in an upcoming third party library). That would still be a tonal instrument

Mu3 had them(?) as "Ride Bell", is that the same thing? Worth being kept as that? Or would that be the same as, or fully contained in "Ride Cymbal"?

Ride bell sound is in ride cymbal instrument A "Bell of ride" instrument is a redundancy.

The actual ride cymbal instrument needs to be updated as well (diamond notehead for bell). I'll put that in here as well.
