Bug description

A3, E4, and G#/Ab5 on the Vibraphone instrument produce some external clicking noises at p/pp dynamic.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new score
2. Add Vibraphone instrument
3. Place A3, E4, or G#5 for a couple measures
4. Add piano dynamic
5. Observe the audible clicks
