Bass Drum does not respect accents at certain dynamics

Bug description

The bass drum instrument ignores all accent markings at dynamics ff, mf, mp, below. It respects the accent markings at f and no dynamic.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new score
2. Add Bass Drum instrument
3. Write a few notes with/without accents
4. Add a ff/mf/mp dynamic to the instrument
5. Observe how the playback ignores the accents
