[Guitar features] Let-ring and Palm mute elements are rendered below dynamic if applied at the same time

As I noticed, most of line elements which placed below staff should be rendered higher than dynamic, so it will be consistently to share the rule for guitar line elements as well.

The positioning of the let ring line can be fixed manually - but the fact that it doesn't work in playback might need to be addressed first? #20993 #20992
