[MU4 Issue] Muse Sounds: Glockenspiel incorrectly plays basic rhythms at forte or above

Describe the bug The Muse Sounds Glockenspiel does not correctly play rhythms when the dynamic is forte or higher, despite those rhythms playing correctly at mezzo forte. (see recording below)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a score with a glockenspiel
2. Set the playback to muse sounds
3. Enter some notes
4. Enter a forte dynamic
5. Play the score

Expected behavior Rhythms should play correctly.

Additional context Might be related to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15369, but that issue specifically deals with alto sax. (I have experienced issues with alto sax rhythms as well.)
