[MU4 Issue] MuseSounds Horn in F

Why does the first note play back super quietly, and then the volume only comes back by the quavers? To reproduce, just type the bar in the image out. (I have it as part of a massive file and opening another window of musescore to copy it into so I can share is impossible because my computer is on the verge of melting)
