gp-import: fixed octava import when gp file is bugged

fixed behaviour when guitar pro file contains random octava signs on rests (bug of guitar pro)

@alexpavlov96 regression is detected. When octave mark assigned ties are not rendered abariska 2023-01-12 at 14 06 11

@abariska it wasn't regression, but good catch! Will be fixed in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/15893
