[MU4 Issue] Shift-selecting switches IME language

Describe the bug Pressing Shift while selecting alters the language of a multiple-language IME.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use an IME that has multiple languages.
2. Do a shift-selecting.
3. See that the IME language is switched

Expected behavior The IME language should not be switched

Platform information

• OS: Windows 11

Additional context The reason this issue needs fixing is that switching the language could interrupt normal workflow, such as when pressing "C" under Chinese mode, the character is buffered into the IME (so that it is read as a part of the pinyin and results in a list of selectable Chinese characters) instead of being accepted by MuseScore.
