[MU4 Issue] "Add Palette" button reads as a search bar

Here's the button in question: With it being right next to the search button, the Add Palette button reads as a search bar. I myself read it as such and clicked it before I could read the words "Add Palette", thinking it would be a search bar.

Here's a simple redesign of the menu that I want to propose: The search bar that originally appears when the magnifying glass is clicked is always present, and the Add Palette button is moved to the bottom.

I actually have a nice redesign idea for this. Definitely NOT putting that button at the bottom of the list though.
