[MU4 Issue] Adding keyboard shortcut functionality to any element in the master palette (Request)

It would be nice if any element from the master palette could be made to have a keyboard shortcut. For one example, this would allow users to add dynamics with only the keyboard, increasing the speed at which they can notate music. Another example is quickly adding arpeggios and glissandi.

One relatively obvious problem with this would be the cluttering of the shortcuts menu with however many thousands of elements exist in the master palette. Therefore, my idea would be to hide this behind a button, something along the lines of "define other shortcut" or "Add shortcut" which then allows a user to select any element from the master palette. This would add that element to the list, allowing them to define the shortcut.

This also works with the fact that many elements from the master palette are already in shortcuts; if the element was already in the shortcut list it wouldn't have to add it.
