[MU4 Issue] Grace notes overlap with tempo marking + accidentals

Describe the bug On the nightly 2022-12-16 version of MuseScore 4, 16th grace notes (or any grace note type that I tested) can overlap with tempo markings and accidentals on the score; not too sure if this happens with other score elements as well.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open MuseScore 4 nightly
2. Create a new score with any tempo marking and a Grand Piano
3. Place any note in the treble clef
4. Add grace notes on that note that are high enough to reach the tempo marking
5. Observe the overlapping

Expected behavior There should be spacing between the grace notes and the score elements so there is no overlapping.

Screenshots This is a screenshot of the result after following the reproduction steps from above (with actual music written). Notice the overlapping with the tempo marking in the first measure, and the slurs overlap the sharp accidental in the second measure.
