Add reconnect button to Disconnected window (with auto-reconnect feature)

Describe the solution you'd like

This small feature request is about making "Disconnected" window more user-friendly.

I propose adding "Reconnect" button to "Disconnected" window. With automatic reconnect attempt in 10 seconds if player timed out (or was kicked with exact reason like "restart" or "server restart" (case insensitive).

If auto-reconnect feature is triggered then it should add counter to "Reconnect" button (for example in brackets).
