Satchel charges don't show if you don't see them get placed
Describe the bug If a satchel charge is placed when a player is out of view distance, if the player later comes over to the satchel they won't see it, or see it explode.

Desync issue. Perhaps we should store a list of placed satchels for each sync zones? This can get complicated pretty quick tho.
The simple explanation: satchels aren't synced at all. Like a couple of other SA things.
For satchels this is a bummer, because players expect that it works as a C4.. and have some typical GTA fun; to rig something and wait for others to pass by and blow them up. This only works for players that saw it, there's tons of new players wasting their time waiting for someone new to arrive, who doesn't see any explosion (nor gets harmed) while it does look like it should on the attacking player's screen.
I hope someone implements satchel sync at some point. Maybe @FileEX is interested?
