Describe the bug

Camera shakes at certain velocity while doing driveBy in a car.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get into vehicle
2. setPedDoingGangDriveby(localPlayer,true)
3. speed up (use custom handling from hedit or use some command to speed up velocity)
4. Watch how camera shakes at certain velocity
