./jpeg is not runnable on Unix/Linux

./jpeg isn't runnable on Unix/Linux! It actually says that ./jpeg is not a binary file. When I tried to run jpeg.exe on Windows on a DDSM image, I got a "failed on the DICOM step" error.

Hello! I don't know why the ./jpeg issue was previously closed since it has not been fixed 1

Did you really test the code on "Linux (x86, 64-bit only)"? It didn't work for me also.

shameless plug, but I patched together a solution to dealing with DDSM that might help you here: https://github.com/josephdviviano/pyddsm

(it uses the zarr file structure).
