Multiotp requires twice login

I have RDS solution (terminal server) and When user is connect for first time it asks for username and password then OTP (thats good and ok) BUT when user disconnect from session (not log off) and try to connect again it asks for username/password twice This happens only when I use MultiOTP I tried to remove it and it works fine so the issue comes from MultiOTP Any solution pls?

i got the same trouble ,but when i disable unlock 2fa,the login did not asked 2fa any more

try two_step_hide_otp=1 ,then only 2fa password

I've had the issue with MultiOTP requesting a password login rather than OTP code when reconnecting to a session on Windows Server 2022.

The solution I found was to install MultiOTP and set the Unlock value to something that included "Remote" in addition to the Logon value. Logon worked fine for the initial session and reconnect on older Windows Server 2016, but seems to behave differently on Server 2022.
