[tree view] TreeItem2DragAndDropOverlay - Error: MUI: Unsupported `var(--palette-primary-dark)` color.

Steps to reproduce

use <CssVarsProvider/> for base example

Current behavior

to my knowledge the alpha function will not support vars so this could be the cause of the error
