WRN Failed to read system backends backends error="open /usr/share/localai/backends: no such file or directory"

LocalAI version: 3.7.0

Environment, CPU architecture, OS, and Version: 7800x3d, 128 gigs ram, 4090, windows 10 fully updated

Describe the bug WRN Failed to read system backends, proceeding with user-managed backends error="open /usr/share/localai/backends: no such file or directory" No matter what setup for docker I use I get this. Nvidia, cpu. Installing new backends doesn't fix, reinstalling doesnt fix.

To Reproduce Run docker compose. Installs. Error shows up in logs constantly never runs any models or completes any actions

Expected behavior Backends seen, models load, responses from images, tts and otherwise should complete.

Logs 9:39PM WRN Failed to read system backends, proceeding with user-managed backends error="open /usr/share/localai/backends: no such file or directory"

As you can see from the line:

9:39PM WRN Failed to read system backends, proceeding with user-managed backends error="open /usr/share/localai/backends: no such file or directory"

Although I agree the message could be misleading, this is a warning (WRN) so you can safely ignore and does not affect runtime.

Is there any issue you are actually facing?

My apologies. Other than that warning. I get 0 others and yet no model works, no image works, no tts works.

I tried many docker setups cpu, Nvidia. Same thing.

@malanthrax You can resolve the error mounting that folder to your local system via docker, i.e. append something like -v /data/localai-backends:/usr/share/localai/backends to the docker command.

I encountered the same issue. In addition, I don't know if this issue caused all backends to fail loading the model, which is problem #5048.
