Fix file path error in Gruntfile.js

Change the incorrect directory polyfill to shim. Move shim/*.js to the top.

I just spent a few minutes fighting this to discover the same thing and sure enough there's already a merge request. Can't blame the owner for moving on to other things and losing interest. What's the typical procedure for gathering momentum to 'officially' fork and take over a dead project?
