Request: Manual value entry

It would be nice if there was a way of typing in values for different controls. This would be useful for things like tempo when you want to have a specific tempo. It is difficult to get a specific value with the sliders or knobs.

+1, I've been looking into adding a custom component for floating text boxes to address this; I'll be sure to submit a PR when I get it done. JUCE sliders and knobs have value boxes by default but they're disabled in Helm because they look really bad in the layout.
