Has anyone found a fix for this? Currently running into this issue and Intune support believes it's related to the install command..

I am getting this error as well. No idea what is going on. The script is failing to run because it doesn't even create the log folder location. I can run the script as SYSTEM via cmd/PowerShell. I haven't been able to get it to successfully rename the device, but at least it runs. :)

I figured it out. The version of the IntuneWinAppUtil that Niehaus is including with his script is over a year old. I downloaded the latest version from GitHub, used that to package the script, and it ran successfully (still failed to rename the device, but that's a different issue).
