Problem with switching Summer/Winter Time

My country switched from UTC+2 (Summer Time) to UTC+1 (Normal Time).

If I want to add a event on before the switch and click save, 1 hour is added to the start and the finish timestamps. It is just a UI/Display-Issue, the timestamp in the database are correct!

This is definitely a low-priority-issue for me, I still decided to report it.
