Clean up :source messiness

It's a big pain point that we have to manually set :source card :source-type :ability or whatever in every single fuckin call. It drives me nuts, especially as we've gotten more strict about it. So I'm here to solve it. Set :source card :source-type :ability in do-play-ability, and then set the appropriate :source-type in each of the major action functions, and then trim out all of the unnecessary calls.

I have plans/desires to remove a lot of the can-pay? calls too, but we'll see.
