Righteous Blow's Printings Missing GRN

Righteous Blow does not include Guilds of Ravnica as a printing. This may be related to the lingering problem with issue #602.

@paithan If you're having an issue with v4, you should open a ticket there. Any problems with v3 are most likely never going to be fixed.

Is there a different repo for v4? Should I be downloading the json files from another site?
