Use machines' infotext to display energy production/consumption

Ideally just copy paste from machine consumption to generator production (switching station, power meter) so that it'll be same format. That is infotext. You cannot do it in inventory for offline machine (like crafting guide) other than for min or max, I'd say better not go there as it'll probably be just confusing for new technic users when actual production is something different and possibly neither of displayed values.

Also for updating it would be best for performance if taking a look at battery box updates (which only happen in active areas near players). That seemed to give significant performance boost and for many generators will completely stop mapblock updates.
