Count up from given time

I teach leadership class for forest firefighters. We run them through scenarios across a virtual day with groups in different rooms seperated by function. There all supposed to be on the same time(clock) Right now we're using cheap battery operated clocks on the walls in separate rooms and they are always getting out of sync. If the count up clock could start from a defined time this would be perfect for us.
