How to change stepview's title text color only.

Actually, I have used "svCircleColor" & "svTextColor" method to change the colour of the

step view. Now what I want is when any step is selected then I just want to change the colour of the inside circle but not its title colour. Right now it's looking like as in below image I just want its title text to be in white colour when selected.
