Hello, I was wondering if anyone has forked this repository and attempted to add [pfctl](https://developer.apple.com/legacy/library/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man8/pfctl.8.html) support for OSX 10.10+? Currently only [ipfw](https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?ipfw(8)) is supported which has been deprecated since 10.10....
[`ipfw`](https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Darwin/Reference/Manpages/man8/ipfw.8.html) has been depreciated since OSX 10.7 and removed in OSX 10.10. It would be useful to slow down internet speed of iOS devices connected using internet sharing. Currently Speed Limit does not effect the speed of that connection. (tested using 10.7).
