Master Clock 4 time issue

Same setup as the other issue, If I run my clock directly from master clock 4, all multiples/divides work as expected. If I run from an external clock, they do not work.

The chain is actually not a normal trigger, you can't feed a clock into it. I will look into changing this. right now it is a custom encoded value.
