[Humble] Tutorials - Update documentation for gz_ros which is installed by default.

The tutorials cover installing this package, but the package doesn't exist. https://docs.ros.org/en/humble/Tutorials/Advanced/Simulators/Gazebo.html#configuring-ros-2

FYI: This package exists in current builds; however, I do think we need to update our rosdistro to account for it https://github.com/ms-iot/ros-windows-build/blob/master/ros/gazebo11/gazebo11.rosinstall

It's part of ros_gz
