add gameduino2 as a device

This depends on:

• SPI
• interupt
• optionally reading accelerometer values as analog. Requires external resistors to constrain analog voltage 0-1.8V
• may be able to ignore SD_SEL, as SoCs will have ample SD storage

It's a 3.3V device, but 5V analog tolerant.

Arduino library for the device will need to be consulted to determine it's API.
