duplicate folder automatically

• VSCode Version: 1.59
• OS Version: Windows 10

Hello. I am using Visual Studio Code v1.59 on windows 10. I need help please. How can I copy a file or the entire folder to another location every time I save a file? I have a folder in development and another folder in production. I need that every time I save or edit something in the folder in development it copies it to the folder in production. any ideas?. Thanks.
