First Name + Last Name support

First of all, thanks for the script, it saved my day! I used it to export the `contacts.csv` file returned by Outlook :) Here are some suggestions/fixes

Friendly filenames avoiding symbols for any OS compatibility

To avoid incompatibilities to different OS it could be good once exported to single VCF files, avoid special symbols like `( ) [ ] · * ? |` like instead...
