Terminal markdown reader with color.
It would be great to be able to reload an .md with, e.g., pressing 'r' or if mdr would autoreload the .md on filechange

Output looks kind of funky in Windows (but then what doesn't). Also the command line beeps. I'm assuming Chalk is generating the wrong control characters. Windows support isn't a priority,...
I've currently only tested with utf8 files. I don't know what will happen with other encodings. Should probably allow an --encoding argument.
Rnd currently looks for README.md. Need to add support for case insensitivity and alternative file extensions. Can't do fuzzy searching with --github and --bitbucket without doing a lot of HTTP...
The colourscheme isn't perfect or customisable. Any suggestions welcome.
