mouse clicking on window sometimes gets stuck and becomes a move cursor.

• If known which version of mpv introduced the problem: 38.0-2

I had no issues with 37:0-3, but with the newer version, when I click on the mpv window after e.g. using the web browser, etc. the cursor doesn't just activate the window so that I can use keybind functions in mpv but rather sometimes gets stuck as a move cursor, and sometimes I have to keep on clicking until it becomes a normal cursor again before being able to access mpv keybind controls. In addition when I double click on mpv to make it fullscreen, sometimes I have to click multiple times, because it gets stuck and becomes a move cursor instead.

Normally I have to long press to get the move cursor, and after letting go, the move cursor goes away which is how mpv 37:0-3 worked.
