Fedora package a fairly crippled version. No hardware acceleration, slow h264 decoding, etc.
Remove flatpack if you want this to be merged, see https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv.io/pull/103#issuecomment-1673269900 why flatpack is not endorsed.
