DialogueUI causes Fade Out UI action to not work.

If I have the addon DialogueUI enabled, and I try to do a Skyriding Race, the UI will not fade out. If I disable then re-enable the action/situation, it will fade. So there seems to be some issue with DialogueUI fading back in the UI after starting a race, and DynamicCam trying to fade out the UI at the same time.

EDIT: I just found DUI's "Hide UI" option, disabled it, and DC's fade out works again. So my original thought is true.
