Thanks for this great work. It would be really helpful to include Interval-Based Memory Reclmation(https://www.cs.rochester.edu/u/scott/papers/2018_PPoPP_IBR.pdf) and compare it with other reclamation schemes.

yes, an IBR implementation is on my todo list. However, I am currently quite busy with other stuff, so it will take a while. But you are welcome to sketch out a first version if you like. :slightly_smiling_face:
