Is it possible to pre-load annotations?

Is it possible to pre-load annotations at application start? In the config object? Couldn't find this informations after reading documentation.

Hi, I'm currently upgrading the whole app (in another branch) to fix most previous issues, including loading of annotations that is not currently possible.

I will provide you with more info probably next week. Don't hesitate to describe your use case in the issue. It will help me improve the usability for your case.
