Annotations with a tablet

Hi,

Thanks for the great app.
I wonder if it would be possible to add support for adding freehand annotations 
with a tablet.

The basic functionality should be:
1. Adding annotations by drawing (some spline smoothing might be necessary)
2. Changing the pen color
3. Using an eraser
