Can someone let this Logger2 work on windows10?

I think this small software is very useful. But it cann't work on windows10, So Can someone let this work on windows10?

Why? I also tried to make this install in windows 10, but build failed for some unresolved dependencies. Do you have successfully compiled this code ?
