Add all available process types to probe scraper

In several places in the pipeline, it's useful to be able to poll for all potential process types. This is documented in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/components/telemetry/Processes.yaml but including it the probe scraper/probe info service would be more consistent
