Hide past deadlines after a period of time

As suggested in https://github.com/mozilla/pontoon/pull/1565, we should "make sure a deadline is automatically hidden once it's passed, e.g. a couple of days after". Deadline set in the past "is frustrating and confusing for new contributors".

How much time should we wait before hiding the deadline? 1 day? 2 days?

I think a couple of days is reasonable.

Note: I explicitly chose hidden vs removed, because editing a previous deadline (especially if we add a description) would be easier.
